Shipping Policy

Delivery Time

Delivery time does not include order processing time.


Within Saudi Arabia: Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.

  • International Orders: Delivery typically takes 7
  • 10 business days.

Shipping Delays & Liability

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Responsibility for the shipment is transferred to the customer once the order has been handed over to the shipping company.

Non-Response to Shipping Carrier

If the customer does not respond to the shipping carrier within 7 days, the shipment may be returned to the carrier’s main distribution center.

Should the customer wish to have the order shipped again, a new shipping fee will apply.

Address & Shipping Information

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address when placing the order.

If the customer wishes to change the shipping address after the order has been dispatched, they may contact Aramex Customer Service directly.

Any additional shipping charges resulting from the address change will be the responsibility of the customer.

International Customs Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, customs authorities in the destination country may impose customs duties, taxes, or other fees.

Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Business Days

Fridays are non-working days for Aramex and are not counted as shipping or delivery days.
