Order Policy

Order Processing Time

Order processing takes approximately 7 to 15 business days (Fridays excluded). During holidays, peak seasons, and special occasions, processing may take up to 25 business days.

Order Modifications

If you would like any modifications, such as changes to the color or design style, please include them in the Order Notes section during checkout only.

Requests submitted through Instagram or WhatsApp will not be considered.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled after 5 hours from the time they are placed.

Additionally, orders paid through Tamara cannot be canceled once the payment process has been completed.

Abaya Measurements & Length

The length of the abaya may vary by approximately 0.5 to 1 inch (longer or shorter) depending on the design. This is considered a normal and acceptable variation within manufacturing standards.

Business Days & Shipping

Fridays are not counted as business or shipping days, as they are official non-working days for both our company and shipping carriers.
